Key Tactics
Your ideal opening is to go first and play a Kobold Fighter + a Kobold or Cold-Blooded Kobold, so you can start pressuring your opponent right away. That said, keep in mind that Kobold Fighters are very useful when you get Vyrstrad on the field because they will let you get two Kobolds out for just 1 Fire Source, so you may not want to summon them all in the early game, even if you have them.
Use Roros to Hunt and Destroy bothersome Souls or to Hunt them to drag them aside so they can’t defend against your Kobold Swarm. Against more tanky Souls that Roros is Hunting, you can soften them up with a Fire-Eater or Fire Source Power, or have the Tamed Orix tag along for extra damage.
Your standard win condition is to quickly overwhelm the opponent with your swarm, Destroying what defenses they manage to setup with Fire Source Explosion, and then ideally, go in for the kill with multiple Souls buffed by a Kobold Spitfire or two.
To close out a match against an opponent who still has a bit of life left and some defenses up, use Fire Source Power or an Ambush with the Tamed Orix and Roros.
Kkekelbas is mainly in your Deck as your best hand blocker by far, but the Legendary can also serve as an alternate win condition, either as a big attacker, or in combination with an Albino Kobold or two to do face damage when Kkelkelbas Destroys your swarm.
