Key Tactics
To trigger your kill combo, you’ll need a decent number of cards in your Summon Discard + Enrage + On the Chin + either Mighty Bellow to clear the way or Hateful Hammer to punch through defenses with Overkill. Summoning all three will take 9-10 Source, so fairly cheap, but it will only work near the end of the game when you’re close to death, which will require you to time things carefully.
Ideally, you’ll go second, in which case you can summon a Enraged Taur on your first turn, followed by a Half Giant on your second. Use those Souls to soften up the opponent so a smaller kill combo can finish them off.
If you don’t have a Taur in your opening hand, you can start with Armor of Suffering, which will thin enemy Souls, clearing the way for your kill combo.
If you’re missing Enrage, Rasparr + On the Chin can work in a pinch.
If facing defenders on your big attack, Torvak’s ability will let you survive even if you are low on cards. However, that is only if the defenders all strike at the same time. If any have Fast Attack or Flurry, be prepared to Hand block those extra instances of damage.
